U50 & Kata in Breitensport: Seiryoku-zenyo-kokumin-taiiku
The Seiryoko-sen yo kokumin-taiiku is one of the three Taiso-no-kata of the Kodokan. According to the new grading system of the DJB, this kata is partially required in the elective Taiso area, for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Dan, among others.
