Sanremo. The Yoshin Ryu Judo Cup, a judo competition reserved for youth categories, took place in Bordighera on Saturday 4 May. L’ASD Byakko Tai Sanremo participated with 5 athletes in two different categories: during the morning Bujard and Ginevra were protagonists for the Boys category, while in the afternoon Gabriel, Lorenzo and Tessa took to the tatami in the Children category.
The board congratulated all its young athletes, who are the future for the association. «These events are useful for increasing self-esteem and self-confidence», intervenes President Ferlito. “With the help of the coaches we try, also through these days, to help our kids grow both as athletes and above all as future citizens.” These are the results of the young judokas:
Boys category: Bujard third place, Ginevra second place.
Children’s category: Gabriel second place, Lorenzo third place, Tessa third place.
