Argentine Team Secures Spot in Madrid Final After Strong Showing in Krakow Challenger Series

The Argentine team took fifth place in the Krakow, Poland stage of the Challenger Series after beating the Czech Republic 15-12 and secured its place in the Madrid Final after finishing second in the overall table.

Those led by Nahuel García finished leaders of Group B in Poland after beating Uganda 31-20, Paraguay 29-27 and Papua New Guinea 25-5. In the quarterfinals they fell to Kenya 22-5 and then beat the Czech Republic in the duel for fifth place.

The Argentine team will compete in the grand final in Spain, from May 31 to June 2, where the best four teams from the Challenger Series and the last four from the World Tour will play for promotion.
