The Algarve Football Association (AFA) will host in-person training on Walking Football on May 23rd, at 2:30 pm, in the auditorium at its headquarters.
“Walking football aims to provide an escape route from a sedentary lifestyle, encourage active aging, combat and prevent diseases and promote a social life free from loneliness”, explains the Association in a statement.
Registration is open until the 22nd and can be done here.

The training was promoted by the Portuguese Football Federation, through the Portugal Football School, in partnership with the Algarve Football School.
