Ieva Pulvere led the winners with 20 points, Margo Clavo added 16 points, five rebounds, six assists and five steals, and Dekay Cohen had 14 points and nine steals.

For the opponents, Anita Miķelsone scored 12 points, Paula Cirša – 11, Una Šteinharde – ten, and Louise Shepte had five points and seven rebounds.

The second match will take place on Saturday at the Daugava sports house, but the time and place of the third match, if necessary, has not yet been determined.

“TTT Rīga” also triumphed in the Baltic League this season, ending the tournament without losses, while RSU’s unit ranked eighth with a 10-12 record, without entering the playoffs.

The two teams met twice in the Baltic League this season, in which “TTT Rīga” basketball players won 73:55 and 82:64.

In the semifinals, “TTT Riga” beat “Daugavpils University” 2-0, while RSU won 2-1 over “Liepāja”/LSSS.

In the previous season, in the Latvian championship, “TTT Rīga” beat RSU basketball players 2-0 in the final series.
