Goalkeeper Matěj Kovář and forwards Patrik Schick and Adam Hložek will start for Leverkusen, which is undefeated in all competitions this season. While Kovář can be expected to start in Thursday’s race and in the case of Schick it depends on the chosen strategy, it is clear that Hložka will not appear on the field due to an injury.
The Bundesliga leaders can claim their first ever German title this weekend. But now he has to fully concentrate on the Europa League.
