Oyonnax, last in the Top 14, announced on Thursday the recruitment of four new players from next season, which the Ain club will probably play in Pro D2. These are the pillar Paulo Tafili (Lyon), the Toulon center Maëlan Rabut, as well as the 3rd line Antoine Miquel and the fly-half Zack Holmes (Bordeaux-Bègles).

Aged 28, Tafili signed for two years and has been playing at LOU since 2022. Miquel (29 years old) signed up for four years and has been playing at UBB since 2022 just like the Australian Holmes (33 years old), whose the contract is for two years. Finally, Rabut (27 years old) signed for two years after two seasons spent in Toulon.

On Wednesday, Oyonnax Rugby formalized the immediate arrival of scrum half Vasil Lobzhanidze (27 years old), from Toulon, as a medical joker for full-back Tony Ensor until the end of the season then for two years from the next season.
