Tomás Etcheverry’s Chance for Revenge at Monte-Carlo Masters 1000

Tennis, like the sport itself, gives revenge. And boy does he give it to Tomás Etcheverry who will meet again with Nicolás Jarry in the debut of the Monte-Carlo Masters 1000. That first round is so hard that the winner can come out stronger when he finds himself in the second with Stefanos Tsitsipas (starts against Serbian Laslo Djere)2022 champion and that he beat the Chilean a year ago right there.

Jarry rose 35 places by winning in Santiago and has already improved 100 on the year. EFE

It should be remembered that, in the quarterfinals of the Argentina Open, the player from La Plata (who had won the first set) had to leave the court before finishing due to an injury to one of his ankles. Afterwards, Etcheverry had to leave Indian Wells but was able to reappear in Miami.
