On April 13 and 14, the tennis competition for the youngest tennis players “TC Ādaži award competition” took place in Ādaži. In the U8 age group for boys, Jānis Lanka had the most successful competition, who won only victories in his subgroup and reached the final in the elimination competition, where he lost. Consequently, Jānis Lanka won 2nd place at the end of the competition. Meanwhile, in the girls’ competition, Līna Līva Gulbe showed the best result, who won over all six opponents in her local group, thus entering the elimination tournament. After defeating all opponents, at the end of the competition, Līna Līva Gulbe from Liepāja became the winner of the competition.
In the U9 age group from Liepāja, Karolīna Kalnišķe won 5th place, but in the U10 age group, the most successful from Liepaja was Valters Valdmanis, who demonstrated a convincing performance and won 3rd place at the end of the competition.
