The Democratic Party also cited as an example the fact that in 2002, candidates Moon Ok-hee and Lee Su-ha, who ran for the Sangpae-dong basic assembly in Dongducheon, Gyeonggi-do, had a zero vote margin, but the older candidate Moon was elected, saying, “One vote is great, one vote determines the trend.” appealed.

As of 2 p.m., the voter turnout for the 22nd general election was 56.4%. It is 3.4 percentage points higher than the last general election. If this trend continues, the final voter turnout is expected to approach 70%.
