With the new defeat this Thursday (105-112) against the Nuggets, who push the Lakers to the brink of elimination, LeBron James sees his chances of obtaining a fifth title being seriously compromised. And according to a former player, the King won’t taste success again as long as a certain superstar is in the league.
As great as his record is, LeBron James will always be compared to Michael Jordan and sometimes others in the GOAT debate. If some refuse to consider the King as such, it is among other things because his number of rings is lower than that of His Airness. But by lifting the Larry O’Brien trophy for the fifth time, the Chosen One’s detractors would start to run out of arguments a little.
