The Taiwan-American Chamber of Commerce will hold the third Charity Basketball Friendship Invitational Tournament. Proceeds from the event will be donated to community charity organizations. Four teams will participate in the competition.
Chien Chih-cheng, contact person of the Taiwan-American Chamber of Commerce, said that this event is divided into preliminary rounds and finals. The preliminaries are closed to the public, while the finals are open to the public. The finals will be held on May 11 from 12 noon to 5 pm at Citrus College GYM (Physical Education Building, 1000 W. Foothill Blvd. Glendora, CA 91741).
This event is sponsored by China Trust Bank, China Airlines, Tian Ren Tea and Xu Mingfeng’s Westin Bonaventure Hotel.Lucky draw prizes are provided by China AirlinesLos AngelesEconomy class air tickets to Taipei. There were also stall displays at the event.
