Shocking post by Riondino on Facebook, photo of La Russa upside down

The actor and director from Taranto Michele Riondino posted an old upside-down photo of the Senate president on Facebook Ignazio La Russaportrait next to an image of Benito Mussolini, in front of which there is a bouquet of flowers. The post is from April 25th, Liberation Day.

“There are no longer the fascists of the past. Only sheep. Here – writes Riondino – are the fascists of yesterday who have become the rulers of today. Better a life as a sheep than one day as a lion. Long live the resistance”. Riondino, who is also the artistic director of the concert on May 1st Libero e Pensante in Taranto, notes: “The really funny thing is that there was a time when the fascists were more authentic, more bold, they were lions, even if only for a day. They claimed their identity without fear of being accused of being traitors and murderers of their homeland”. Today, however, adds Riondino, who this evening will be present at the screening of the film Palazzina Laf, his first work as director, at the archaeological park of the Greek walls of Taranto, “they are afraid of defining themselves, of claiming their faith. They betray their identity by swearing on anti-fascist constitution and then to sit on the armchair they become champions of supercazzola, black belt in climbing on mirrors, I say sincerely.”
