During the week of March 11 to 15, 2024, Sergeant Cabrero participated in the 61st Army National Judo Championship and the 7th Hand-to-Hand Combat and Non-Lethal Intervention Championship (CCC-INL), both held at the General Basic Academy of Non-Commissioned Officers in Talarn (Lérida).

Judo requires constant effort and physical preparation and is characterized by the values ​​and nobility it transmits. The CCC-INL offers the soldier an opportunity to improve his abilities as a combatant when facing risk situations without resorting to the use of firearms. Therefore, it is a good measure to achieve effectiveness and security in the preparation of the military both in national territory and in the area of ​​operations.

Sergeant Cabrero’s great performance in these competitions has given her a total of three medals. On the one hand, in the Judo discipline she has obtained the gold medal in the women’s middleweight category and the bronze medal in the women’s open. On the other hand, in the CCC-INL discipline she has obtained the silver medal in the floor modality.
