The French women’s football team has just lost one of its biggest fans. Odette, who followed the Bleues for more than 80 years, died this Tuesday.
In July 2023, while the tricolors were preparing for the World Cup in Australia, Kenza Dali provided a nice sequence with the supporter, present at the edge of the training ground, tricolor hat on her head.

This Tuesday, Kenza Dali wanted to pay tribute to her favorite supporter by publishing a new message. “Rest in peace Odette, you will always have a place in my heart,” she wrote in a post with a video of Odette, flocked “Kenza” t-shirt wishing her a happy birthday as well as a photo of the two women in black and white.
Odette will not see the Blues play their Olympic Games at home this summer. Kenza Dali and her teammates will face Colombia, New Zealand and Canada, the reigning Olympic champions, in Group A.
