The Olivet archery club organized, on Sunday for the first time, an official competition in the federation calendar, with the support of the departmental committee.
The Mixed Trophy took place at the Vanoise gymnasium. A mixed team tournament, made up of a man and a woman belonging to the same category and the same club, which combined sportsmanship and concentration.
This departmental competition saw teams compete in two categories: new licensees (less than two years of practice) and experienced recurve archers. The winners qualified for the national trophy which will take place on June 22.
Results: in confirmed classics, 1st Saint-Jean-de-la-Ruelle, 2nd Beaugency, 3rd Olivet; in new graduates, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Les Archers du Malesherbois.
