It is the story of an improbable accident which could have turn into drama. Saturday April 6, 2024, rue George-Sand, in Le Havre (Seine-Maritime), a man received an arrow out of nowhere while he wasin his gardenin the middle of the afternoon.
Presenting wounds on his shoulder and hand, he immediately presented himself to the police station.
“The arrow could have landed in the neck, in the face…”
The author, a young man of 26 years old, was training archery on a wooden board. “Missing his target, the arrow went through the bush which separates the two properties and affected the victim,” indicates a police source to 76 currently.
“He takes her in the shoulder, but the arrow could have landed in the neck, in the face… There were a woman and children in the garden, a lot of world could have been affected“, reports this same source.
Ultimately, the victim, aged 45, was only slightly injured and received five days of ITT.
The archer left with a criminal charge (a fine) for endangering the lives of others.
