The Civil Guard has arrested the former president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), Luis Rubiales, as soon as he landed at the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport from the Dominican Republic, sources close to the case have informed EFE.
The sources have added that the agents of the Central Operational Unit (UCO) have carried out the arrest as soon as they landed in terminal 1 of the airport, where a van of the body in which he has been transferred was waiting for him.
