This Saturday, the third round of the Chevron Championship, the first Major of the LPGA circuit season, began in Texas. The tournament was, however, stopped due to bad weather conditions.
Before the interruption, Brooke Henderson had brightened up the day by scoring an eagle and seven birdies. The Canadian also conceded a bogey at 16, before being stopped while she was about to start at 18. Unfinished, this moving day has still allowed her to temporarily move up to second place (-10 total ), where Nelly Korda is also located. Arriving on the 12th green, the world number 1 was solid, validating three birdies without making the slightest error.
