Following the end of the third round, the fourth round of the Chevron Championship took place in Texas. During the night from Sunday to Monday, Nelly Korda achieved the feat of winning for the fifth time in a row on the LPGA circuit.
Decidedly alone in the world at the moment on the circuit, the American assumed her status throughout this fourth round. Starting a length behind leader Hae Ran Ryu, Nelly Korda quickly took control of operations thanks to two birdies gleaned at holes 3 and 4. Then she escaped to the top of the leaderboard by making a long putt at 8 and a monumental chip at 10.
