Judge Denies Motion to Arrest Coach Charged with Sexual Assault of Minor

Robert Litvack, 43, filed a motion to arrest Jordan after being charged in 2021 with sexual touching and sexual assault of a minor. Judge Jean-Jacques Gagné rejected Jordan’s motion Thursday morning.
