Orlando Magic @ Milwaukee Bucks 99:117

Without Franz Wagner, who was still injured, the Orlando Magic lost 99:117 to the Milwaukee Bucks.

Cole Anthony was the top scorer off the bench with 23 points, Moritz Wagner had seven points and four rebounds in 21 minutes of play.

The Bucks, who were without Giannis Antetokounmpo, were able to rely on Bobby Portis (30 points) and Damien Lillard (29 points).

At the end of the regular season, both teams will meet again, on Sunday from 6:45 p.m. live on ProSiebenMAXX, ran.de and Joyn.

Toronto Raptors @ Brooklyn Nets 102:106

Against his former team, Dennis Schröder and the Brooklyn Nets won the meaningless home game against the Toronto Raptors with 106:102.

Schröder contributed a strong 21 points, nine assists and seven rebounds in 36 minutes. The Nets’ top scorer was Cam Thomas with 23 points.

Immanuel Quickley was the most accurate for the Raptors, scoring 32 points. Both teams have had nothing to do with the postseason for a long time.

Minnesota Timberwolves @ Denver Nuggets 107:116

The reigning champion Denver Nuggets won the big game for the first seed in the West. There was a convincing 116:107 win against the second-placed Minnesota Timberwolves.

Unsurprisingly, Nikola Jokic was the most noticeable with 41 points and eleven rebounds. Anthony Edwards’ 25 points weren’t enough after the Wolves led by three points at halftime.

With 56 wins, the Nuggets are now at the top of the West, and the loss means the Timberwolves fall back to third place behind OKC.

Memphis Grizzlies @ Cleveland Cavaliers 98:110

The Cleveland Cavaliers took an important step in the fight for the direct playoff places in the East with the 110:98 win against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Donovan Mitchell had 29 points and eight assists. The Cavs laid the foundation for victory, especially in the third quarter (+14).

Jake LaRavina was the top scorer with 32 points for the Grizzlies, who suffered their 53rd defeat. The Cavaliers can hardly be pushed out of the top six places and are even aiming for third place.

Dallas Mavericks @ Miami Heat 111:92

The playoff train for the Miami Heat is almost gone: Due to the 92:111 defeat against the Dallas Mavericks, the sixth seed is hardly achievable.

The Heat only shot 41 percent from the field, with Tyler Herro scoring the best with 21 points. Jimmy Butler was not a factor with just twelve points.

Luka Doncic narrowly missed his 79th career triple double, scoring 29 points and nine rebounds and assists. Kyrie Irving contributed 25 points. Maxi Kleber scored four points in 20 minutes.

Phoenix Suns @ Los Angeles Clippers

The Phoenix Suns secured an immensely important victory in the battle for the sixth seed in the West. The Suns won at the Los Angeles Clippers 124:108.

Devin Booker led the Suns with 37 points, Kevin Durant contributed 24 points.

The Clippers had many stars rested; neither James Harden nor Russell Westbrook were on the game day squad. Like Durant, Bones Hyland contributed 37 points, Daniel Theis had two points and three rebounds in ten minutes. The Suns are level with the New Orleans Pelicans in sixth place in the West with one game more.

San Antonio Spurs @ Oklahoma City Thunder 89:127

The San Antonio Spurs suffered a real blowout at the Oklahoma City Thunder. In the end it was 127:89.

Without Victor Wembanyama, Zach Collins was the top scorer with just 20 points. The game clearly showed how important “Wemby” is to Spurs’ game.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was again OKC’s best scorer with 26 points. This gives Thunder hope for the first seed, but the Timberwolves’ defeat means they currently have the second seed.

Charlotte Hornets @ Atlanta Hawks 115:114

The Charlotte Hornets entered the final phase of the season with a sense of success. The Hornets won 115:114 at the Atlanta Hawks.

Brandon Miller was the most accurate with 27 points, and the Hornets hit more than every other shot overall (51 percent).

The Hawks’ bench was particularly disappointing; Bogdan Bogdanovic was the best scorer with 19 points, and Trae Young had 14 points and eleven assists.
