INHIDE Hosts National Judo and Taekwondo Camps Ahead of CONADE 2024 Nationals

PACHUCA DE SOTO, 29 APR /NEWS HIDALGO/.- The Hidalguense Sports Institute (INHIDE) this weekend became the headquarters of two national camps in the disciplines of judo and taekwondo, prior to the CONADE 2024 Nationals.

With the objective of training, judo hosted athletes from the states of Oaxaca, Querétaro, Mexico City, Tlaxcala, Sinaloa, Jalisco and Hidalgo, who from the 26th to the 28th of this month, had preparation towards the maximum national competition.

Hosting around 150 judokas, Hidalgo participated with the entire delegation, working on improving technique and condition.

Taekwondo received athletes from Chiapas, State of Mexico, Puebla, Hidalgo and Aguascalientes, who gathered at the Sports Center of the Hidalguense and High Performance Sports Center (CDHAR).

The athletes worked with the aim of greater preparation with electronic breastplates, to improve technique, strength, coordination and resistance in the combat modality.
