The Villingendorf Cavemen are looking forward to an inauguration celebration on Sunday, April 21st with music, singing and greetings.

After seven years of hard work and personal effort, it is finally done: the baseball clubhouse in Villingendorf shines in new splendor.

On Sunday, April 21st, the Cavemen invite everyone interested to an inauguration ceremony with an open day. From 11 a.m. to around 8 p.m. there is a colorful program with music, singing and greetings.

With music and singing

The musical start is made by the Hirschgässle musicians, who create the atmosphere with brass music. Afterwards, the chairman of the association, Vivian Kurbel, welcomes the guests and thanks all the helpers and supporters who made the reconstruction possible. The Cavemen choir then shows off their singing talent with some songs from the baseball repertoire.

Afterwards, Mayor Markus Türk, sports district president Karl-Heinz Wachter and club ring chairman Harald Imhof each give a greeting.

Rock classics follow

At the end of the official celebration, the band Back Alley 21 plays rock classics.

In addition to the musical program, visitors can visit the new clubhouse, which is equipped with modern changing rooms, showers, a sales hut with a kitchen, a warehouse and a batting cage. There is also a throwing and hitting station where you can test your baseball skills.

The Villingendorf clubs, which provide a wide range of catering, ensure your physical well-being.

Baseball for all ages

The inauguration ceremony is a nice opportunity to get to know the Cavemen baseball club, which has existed since 1986. The club offers baseball for all age groups, from T-ball players aged five and up to men in the association league.
