HC Hard didn’t show any weakness in the quarter-finals of the local handball league. On Tuesday, Vorarlberg also won game two of the “best of three” series against SC Ferlach away with 27:21 (18:9) and moved into the semi-finals.
The regular round winner had already clearly won the first game at home with a score of 38:28. The opponent in the semifinals is the winner of the duel between Krems and Bregenz, the Lower Austrians lead 1-0.
At the moment (live on ORF Sport + and in the live stream) HC Linz can still cause a surprise and eliminate Schwaz with a home win. The eighth in the regular season, who suffered eight defeats in nine games in the spring, won game one in the second round in Tyrol with 34:30.
