Galatasaray wins the Turkish Super Cup in a singular way to say the least. To the Giallorossi, in fact, in the match against their rivals Fenerbahce it was enough to play a few seconds, in which the goal also arrived Icardi (after 1′ of play). At that point the opponents, who had presented themselves with the under-19 training, they left the pitch, with the Galatasaray players also applauding them.
Fenerbahce’s decision
The decision of Fenerbahce to field its young players was in protest against the Federation, guilty of not having decided to postpone the match and not having appointed a foreign referee, considered by Fenerbahce to be more impartial than the Turkish whistles. Now the Federation will announce its decision in the next few days. The match will probably be considered as a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Galatasaray.
