Franco Ciani (coach) – “Last two days of the regular season, with places to be achieved and playoff grids still to be defined: this can already be one of the keys to understanding and meaning of the match we will face on Sunday. We are starting from a bad moment we are going through, with the defeats against Orzinuovi and Rimini. The first objective obviously is to go to PalaDozza and regain the victory, offering a solid performance, but there is also the need to insert Kennedy again, making him find his match rhythm, furthermore we must think about working on everything that will be necessary when we start the playoffs. Tactically it will be a difficult match against a team that plays solid and consistent basketball, on a warm, historic and fascinating pitch.”
Note – Keondre Kennedy is available again for Torino, after missing the last 3 games due to a left calf injury. Coach Ciani will have his entire staff available for Sunday’s match. There are two former players of the day, one on each side: Marco Cusin wore the Fortitudo shirt in 2020/21 in Serie A, while Celis Taflaj will reunite with some of his former teammates from Turin, with whom he played last season.
