Former tennis professional Charly Steeb is engaged, as he reveals in an interview with BUNTE magazine.
Carl-Uwe “Charly” Steeb (56) and his partner Zanele “Zani” Suttle (42) are getting married. The three-time Davis Cup winner proposed marriage to the entrepreneur on the beach in Mallorca. The two met through singer Marius Müller-Westernhagen (75), says Charly Steeb: “Marius is a long-time friend of mine. He is married to Zani’s sister Lindiwe.”

At the time, Zani still lived in Copenhagen and Steeb in Switzerland. “After a long relationship with distance and lots of travel, we decided to move to Mallorca together in 2022.” And what does Zani, who was born in the USA, say about her Charly? “He is my best friend and my true love.” It is not yet clear when the wedding will be celebrated. Steeb: “Definitely within the next year.”
