Former Ambassador of the Games, Emilie Gomis posted a message on X in support of Iran which launched an offensive against Israel during the night from Sunday to Monday.
She was ousted from the CNOSF athletes’ committee for a similar reason, then resigned from her role as ambassador for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games at the start of the year: Emilie Gomis has done it again. Sunday evening, she posted on X a message in favor of Iran, which had just attacked Israel last night, with a clear message: “Iran has the right to defend itself”she wrote on the social platform.
