Several athletes who are among the best in the world in their respective disciplines have passed through Creps Centre-Val de Loire, based in Bourges. We have chosen five emblematic ones.
Lucas Mazur (para-badminton)
Lucas Mazur came to present his Paralympic medals to Creps.
During the Tokyo Paralympic Games in 2021, Lucas Mazur became the first athlete to pass through Creps to win the gold medal at the Games. The parabadist who suffered an ankle deformity even won a second medal, silver in doubles.

Donavan Grondin (track cycling)

A few weeks earlier, Donavan Grondin had obtained the first Olympic medal for a former member of the establishment. She was in bronze, with Benjamin Thomas, on the omnium. Note that the entire endurance collective of the French women’s track team passed through Bourges.

Player of Bourges Basket and the French team, Pauline Astier is also a former Crepsienne. The Tango training center, where she learned her skills, is based in Creps. Note that Romane Bernies, with whom she is competing for the place of leader among the Blues, had the same journey.

Kseniya Moustafaeva (rhythmic gymnastics)

The first sportswoman from Creps Centre-Val de Loire to compete in the Olympic Games is a gymnast. This is Kseniya Moustafaeva. In Rio in 2016, she took tenth place in the all-around in rhythmic gymnastics. She returns regularly to the establishment.
Romain Mahieu (BMX)

During the last BMX world championships, five of the eight finalists were French. And three of them trained at Creps Centre-Val de Loire. This is the case of the man who became world champion: Romain Mahieu. He will have a real chance of medals in Paris.
