With a view to participating in the next one U12 European Baseball Championship which will be disputed from 2 to 6 July in Germaniain order to facilitate both the selection work and the logistics of the companies, the FIBS has planned some “Open Draft” distributed throughout the national territory. Clubs will be able to recommend a maximum of four athletes, of which two to be included in the activity and two ‘reserves’, who will be called if the numbers allow it. The “Open Draft” are reserved exclusively for boys and girls born in 2012 and 2013who have consolidated technical skills and competitive experience.
Each company will receive a personalized email with the day and place of jurisdiction, indicating the deadlines and the information necessary to report their names, who must be in compliance with the 2024 membership. The companies will have to follow the procedure indicated in the email, in addition to attach the medical certificate of competitive fitness and the release form signed by the parents. Athletes must wear their club’s clothing and bring their own playing material (glove, bat, protections).

• 1 May, Novara at the Porta Mortara field, via Giuseppe Spreafico 44.
The day of activities will take place from 10:00 to 18:00, with a lunch break to be managed independently by the families. Finally we remember that the staff of the Italian manager Stefano Burato, within which the pitching coach from Avigliano is included Alessandro Rosa Colombowill work in collaboration with the technicians of Steel Sports, the official Team Partner, who will also conduct a meeting specifically dedicated to parents between 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm, who are therefore invited to be present and follow the events.
