Last weekend, Ezequiel Tovar launched his first merch, a line of t-shirts in collaboration with Lust, at a pop-up event at one of the popular brand’s stores in Mexico City (CDMX). Ezequiel arrived in Mexico with his team, the Colorado Rockies, to face the Houston Astros in the Mexico City Series of Major League Baseball.
Accustomed to dazzling the public with his great defensive plays and hitting power, Ezequiel met last Friday, April 26, at the popular store to unveil the two limited edition t-shirts created by the renowned brand. The design of the t-shirts, one white and one black, includes the player’s logo on the front and an image of the player on the back with the slogan “Ezequiel Tovar Takes Over Mexico”, to immortalize his first visit to the country. .

Dozens of baseball fans attended the event and did not miss the opportunity to take photos, receive autographs and talk with one of their favorite players. In addition, the night was a cultural fusion, where attendees could enjoy arepas al pastor, a mix of Mexican and Venezuelan cuisine. Other activities also included a VR (virtual reality) batting cage and a visit from Latin urban music stars Big Soto and Rafa Pabón.
