Rome, 3 April 2024 – The Italian Championships Juniores di kata e kumite they will begin on Friday 5 April and will end on Sunday 7 at the PalaPellicone in Ostia. There will be 910 junior athletes from over 300 teams across the country competing: 15 Italian champion titles will be up for grabs, including kata (2) and kumite (13).
The race program:
Friday 5th – male and female kata – 2.00pm-7.00pm
Saturday 6th – kumite (F-48, 59, +74kg and M-61, 68, 76, +86kg) – 8.30am-9.30pm
Sunday 7 – kumite (F-53, 66, 74kg and M50, 55, 86kg) – 9:00-17:30
On each day there will be preliminaries, repechages, finals and awards for each category indicated.
The PalaPellicone will be open to the public as always but for those unable to come there will also be live streaming of the entire tournament on Livestream section of the federal website.
