Artistic gymnastics takes center stage, with the men’s and women’s European Championships, which will take place in Rimini, respectively, from 24 to 28 April and from 2 to 5 May. Another important event of international caliber which is part of the calendar supported by the Emilia-Romagna Region, and which will be presented in Bologna on Thursday 11 April at 12.30, in the press room of the Regional Council, in viale Aldo Moro 52 (mezzanine floor).
Speakers will be Giammaria Manghi, head of the political secretariat of the Presidency of the Emilia-Romagna Region; Michele Lari, Councilor for Sport of the Municipality of Rimini; Gherardo Tecchi, president of the Italian Gymnastics Federation; Marco Borroni president of the organizing committee and Cecilia Bavera, head of the Emilia Est regional management of Bper.
Athletes from the Italian national artistic gymnastics teams will also be present: Yumin Abbadini, Lorenzo Casali, Matteo Levantesi, Marco Lodadio, Mario Macchiati, Alice and Asia d’Amato, Manila Esposito, Elisa Iorio and Giorgia Villa. And the technical directors Giuseppe Cocciaro and Enrico Casella. The event was hosted by journalist Federica Lodi from Sky Sport.
