Double for Godon and Vendrame in the first stage of the Tour de Romandie

The French rider Dorian Godon, from Decathlon AG2R, has won the sprint stage of the 77th edition of the Tour de Romandie, held between Chateau d’Oex and Freiburg over 165.7 kilometers, ahead of his Italian teammate Andrea Come to me

Dorian Godon debuted his record in 2024 and took the lead in the general classification from the Dutchman Maikel Zijlaard (Tudor Pro Cycling), winner of the prologue, in which the Belgian Gianni Vermeersch, third in the stage, is second and Julian Alaphilippe , third, at 6 and 9 seconds, respectively.
