Dak Prescott would stop being Cowboy and dress as a Raider.
Mexico City.– The quarterback ends his four-year contract with Dallas, a team that is rebuilding for the new season, and hence the rumors of his departure, according to the ESPN network.
The QB must sign a contract extension, which he first signed in 2021 in the amount of $160 million, or be traded before the 2025 season. A JPAFootball post suggested a trade proposal that would see Prescott move to Las Vegas. If that transaction goes through, the Cowboys would receive quarterback Aiden O’Connell and have multiple draft picks spread across three in 2024 (first, second and fourth round); two from 2025 (first and third round), and one from the second round from 2026.
Last season Prescott threw for more than 4,500 yards, 36 touchdowns and 9 interceptions, numbers that are being considered for the possible change, which, according to several analysts, would suit both the player and the franchise.
