Jargeau. Young Czechs are learning French billiards. The young Czechs on the Erasmus exchange with the Jargeau college were quickly immersed in the local atmosphere.
Arriving Monday morning, after seventeen hours by bus from Kralupy, they participated in several activities with their French hosts in the afternoon.
The billiard club welcomed them to teach them some notions of French billiards. Six volunteers from the academy came to supervise the activity. As young Czechs do not know French, some basics of English or German were tried, but the explanations were obviously much clearer with the Czech teacher’s translation!
The young people also visited the Têtes en fête association, and let off steam on the badminton courts.
