Colts Tight End Drew Ogletree Removed from Exempt List, Participating in Offseason Training

The Colts general manager confirmed this Friday that tight end Drew Ogletree was removed from the exempt list.

INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Colts tight end Drew Ogletreehas been removed from the commissioner’s exemption list and it is participating in offseason training with the team, general manager Chris Ballard confirmed this Friday.

A Hendricks County, Indiana, judge last month dismissed a pair of felony charges related to a domestic violence investigation that followed an arrest in December. The charges against Ogletree were dismissed with prejudice, according to court records, and a no contact order was canceled which had been applied to Ogletree.

Prosecutors said in court documents that They dropped the charges due to lack of evidence.

Ogletree, a 2022 sixth-round pick, He missed the last two games of last season after the December 29 arrest. A day later he was included on the exempt list, a designation under which players cannot play or practice with their teams.
