ZDF shows highlights of the Champions League on free TV

Moving images of the Champions League at no additional cost are only available on ZDF. The public television station will show summaries of the games from the last match day of the group phase for an hour on Wednesday from 11 p.m.

The rights for the UEFA Europa League and the Conference League are held by the RTL Group. All games from both competitions are shown on the paid streaming portal RTL+, including the matches between the German teams. Bayer Leverkusen will play West Ham United in the Europa League quarter-finals on Thursday. Kick-off here is at 9 p.m. This game will also be shown on RTL’s linear free TV program.
