In messages posted on its social networks, the terrorist organization Islamic State threatened to act during the various quarter-final matches of the European football competition.
Around the Minister of the Interior, the General Directorate of Internal Security (DGSI), the General Directorate of the National Police (DGPN) and police headquarters were summoned, according to our information.
Reinforced security system
According to The Teamthe elite forces of the BRI will be added to the reinforced security system around the meeting which will take place on Wednesday at the Parc des Princes, at 9 p.m.
“The police prefect, with whom I spoke very early this morning (Tuesday), has considerably strengthened security resources,” assured Gérald Darmanin earlier this Tuesday morning. In one of these messages, a fighter, masked and equipped with an assault rifle, poses in front of photos of the four stadiums which will host the quarter-final first leg. “Kill them all,” it says.
