Update, Sunday (April 14th), 4:39 p.m.: One day after BVB’s victory at Borussia Mönchengladbach (2-1), it is still unclear what will happen next for Sebastien Haller. The youngster was still feeling good during the half-time break, “but then shortly after the break he immediately signaled that it was closing, that it was a bit cramping.”

However, there is a small glimmer of hope here: Jamie Bynoe-Gittens felt significantly better after treatment after the game. “We hope that we can start training tomorrow or the day after,” summarized Edin Terzic.
Finally, the BVB coach gave a note about Jadon Sancho, who was missing from Borussia Dortmund against the “Foals” due to illness. Apparently a gastrointestinal infection put him out of action. “We hope he can start training again tomorrow.”
It looks like Jadon Sancho will be out for a short time at least. One can hope that Jamie Bynoe-Gittens and Sebastien Haller don’t have more serious injuries. After all, BVB needs its players back against Atlético Madrid in just three days – and in good health.
