EVERYONE gets dressed up!
The fan umbrella organization Nordkurve12 is calling for two actions for the home game against Werder Bremen. The traditional “Finally Red” campaign begins against Bremen, in which Bayer fans are supposed to come to the stadium in red for the last games of a season.
Today is “Flag Day”: every fan who has a Bayer flag should bring it with them today.

Hofmann: “Hopefully indescribable”
Jonas Hofmann (31) also moved to Leverkusen in the summer of 2023, coming from Rhine rival Gladbach.
The flexible offensive player is looking forward to the Bremen game: “The fans were excited after the game against West Ham. We are of course looking forward to it, hopefully it will be indescribable after the game.”

Granit Xhaka (31) is the engine, the heart of the team.
With Arsenal FC he narrowly missed the title in England in 2023, but in Leverkusen he is close to the championship.

DFB sports director Rudi Völler, for whom the first Bayer championship one day after his 64th birthday would be the best present.
Leverkusen’s former coach Peter Bosz (60/now PSV Eindhoven) has announced his arrival. In addition, DFB President Bernd Neuendorf (62) and DFL managing director Marc Lenz (38).
Former Bayer professional Michal Kadlec (39/now 1. FC Slovacko) is in the stadium as a co-commentator for the Czech broadcaster “Nova Sport”.

Coach Sergi Runge’s U17s won 3-2 against direct rivals Schalke 04 on Saturday and have thus reached the semi-finals of the German B Youth Championship.
The winning goal came in the 94th minute. It’s not just the professionals in Leverkusen who can do that.
The ticket for the final round has been purchased. The first semi-final will take place on May 1st in Leverkusen.
The U19s are also fighting for a place in the final round of the German championship as third in the table. With a win today (11 a.m.) at Alemannia Aachen, she could jump back to second place.

Manager legend Calmund: “You can become legends”
At 5:30 p.m. (DAZN and on bild.de in the live ticker) welcomes Bayer Werder Bremen. With a win, the Werkself can celebrate the first German championship in the club’s history.

Bismarckstrasse in Leverkusen behind the BayArena has been popularly called “Xabi-Alonso-Allee” for weeks. A street sign has also already been changed.
The street sign on Bismarckstrasse now has the words Xabi-Alonso-Allee on it
