A sports club achieves two prestigious victories at the European judo championships in Romania with two young people from Terrasini. Reaching the podium were Rosalia Storaci and Ginevra Domino who represented the Akiyama Budo Club gym.
They did it at the European Championships. Rosalia Storaci (in the photo on the left) won the bronze medal in the “fighting” category under 16-52 kilos while Ginevra Domingo (on the right) won the silver medal in the fighting under 16 -48 kilos.
“Congratulations to you girls – commented the mayor Giosuè Maniaci -, to your parents and to the teacher Cristian Minuto of the Akiyama Budo Club Gym! You are our pride!”.
