On April 27, Abejar will host the III BTTrufa, a cycling event with mountain bikes that will have two different distances and is part of the XXI Soria Truffle Fair that was held in the town on February 10 and 11. . Registration closes on April 21.
Registration is still open at a reduced price of 25 euros until Sunday, April 21 (inclusive), the last day to sign up (for both distances). The limit of participants is, as in previous editions, 180.
The BTT sports event runs along paths and some small stretch of path that will run through the surroundings of Abejar entering the juniper forest and passing through some of the main fincas truferas of the region, supported at all times by a great mirador towards natural spaces such as Urbión, Cebollera or the Cuerda del Pozo reservoir.

The event will start at 10:00 a.m. fronton of the town and will end at the La Ermita soccer field. In addition to the runner’s bag, this year as a novelty there will be food for the participants as well as a raffle for prizes among the bibs.
The first three finishers in the short and long route, both in the male and female categories, will receive a trophy, in addition to the largest club.
The III BTTrufa is organized by the Soria Provincial Council and the Abejar City Council and has the collaboration of two groups in the town, the ‘El Navazo’ Association and the Los Muros Cycling Club, as well as with the sponsorship of Malvasía, La Torre Service Station, Monte Pinos and Trofeos Romero.
