A group of Angevin supporters denounces a sexual assault at the stadium

If Angers and Laval left back to back with a score of 1-1 on Saturday evening during the 31st day of Ligue 2, a very serious act would have occurred in the stands of the Raymond-Kopa stadium. According to the group of Angevin supporters of Kop De La Butte 1992, a supporter was the victim of a sexual assault within the supporter block during the match. A situation that SCO fans wanted to denounce on social networks, expressing their “stupor” and their “fright” regarding “this intolerable and inexcusable action” which they condemn “with the greatest firmness”.

In its post on X (formerly Twitter), KDLB92 indicates that the perpetrator was identified and reported to the club. For now, as announced West France, the facts were not reported to the public prosecutor, who criticized the “modus operandi” of the group of supporters, and no complaint was filed. “We encourage the victim to file a complaint so that this attacker is convicted,” write the Angers supporters who also demand that the perpetrator be “quickly removed” from the Angers stadium.

“If such actions unfortunately happen again, we invite victims and/or witnesses to come immediately to the perch to report them to us, which will allow us to be much more reactive in putting an end to these actions,” concludes the Kop De La Butte 1992.
