Basketball has taken to the streets once again in Sant Jordi this weekend with a new edition of the 3×3 tournament organized by CRiC Ses Salines, the local basketball club. Dozens of children of different ages signed up for the day, in which teams of three members faced each other on the improvised fields located in the town square and the parking area.

The participants, many of them players from different clubs on the island in initiation, pre-mini, mini, children’s and cadet categories, gave their all on Saturday morning. Beyond having winning teams, the objective of this type of initiative is to promote sports, in this case basketball, especially among the little ones.
