2023 Italian Indoor Archery Championships: Winners Crowned on Third Day of Competitions

Third day of competitions 2023 Italian Indoor Archery Championships: at the Rimini Fair the titles were awarded in the senior, master, boys, students and junior categories of the Olympic arch, after leaving room for bare bow and compound bow in the first two days.

In the afternoon the big names entered the competition and in the senior men’s category the unstoppable prevailed Mauro Nespoli (Aeronautica Militare) with 585 points, the same as Alessandro Paoli (Fiamme Azzurre) who however is second with three “golds” less (48-45). Fiamme Oro women’s hat-trick with Chiara Rebagliati with 580 and 41 gold, one more than Tatiana Andreoli and third place for Aiko Rolando with 576.

In the men’s Olympic masters the new Italian champion is Edoardo Quattrocchi (Arcieri Torrevecchia) with 568, same score for Federico Gargari (Arcieri Fivizzano) who collects three fewer golds and is second. Net success for women Elise De Nardin (Arcieri del Piave) with 553 points ahead of Laura Rismondo (Arco Club Pontino) with 546.

In youth categories Matteo Borsani (Arcieri del Roccolo) won the men’s competition among the juniors with 587 points, among the students Francesco Pernice (Arcieri Mediterrani) with 581 points and among the boys Mattia Menditto (Arcieri Castiglionesi) with 552 points. Among the junior women, Roberta Di Francesco (Arcieri Abruzzesi) won with 575 points, among the students Ilaria Tognozzi (Maremmana Arcieri) with 559 points and among the girls Gaia Stevanato (Arcieri Ronin) with a score of 541.
