Recently, the official formalization of a partnership between the town hall and the Ytracois judo club took place.

On this occasion, the association received a grant of €1,000 from the Fund for the Development of Associative Life (FDVA) for the acquisition of books dedicated to judo and more broadly to Japanese culture. This documentary collection will be managed by the Ytrac media library.

From documentary to novel

The mayor of Ytrac, Bernadette Ginez and Jérôme Marty, president of the judo club, signed this partnership in the presence of Romain Jammet, president of the Cantal Judo committee and Cédric Lallé, treasurer of the club.

The numerous works range from documentaries to novels, including comics, manga, children’s books and fiction. They will soon be available at the Ytrac media library. “This documentary collection will evolve and expand over the years according to readers’ impressions and feedback,” concluded the municipality.
