Women’s Six Nations Tournament: Le Mans, Paris and Bordeaux against the English… Where to watch the Blues play?

The French women’s XV will play three of its five matches in the 2024 Six Nations Tournament on home soil this year. The last of them will take place in Bordeaux, on April 27 at 5:45 p.m. at the Chaban-Delmas stadium. It will be a shock against England, the defending champion.

During the 2023 edition of the Tournament, the Blues had already faced the English on the very last day. They lost 38 to 33 and therefore finished second in the competition. The match did not take place in France but with the British, at Twickenham. This year, the team coached by Gaëlle Mignot and David Ortiz will be able to benefit from the support of its public for this final meeting.

Before that, the French women’s XV will host Ireland at the Marie-Marvingt stadium in Le Mans to open the Tournament. This match will take place on March 23, at 3:15 p.m. The other home match for Les Bleues is scheduled for Paris, at the Jean-Bouin stadium. In the lair of Stade Français, the current leader of the Top 14, the French players will challenge Italy on April 14 at 1:30 p.m.

The French women’s other two matches will take place away. They will travel to Edinburgh on March 30 at 3:15 p.m. to face Scotland. On April 21, the Blues meet at 4:15 p.m. in Cardiff for their meeting against Wales.

The French women’s XV have not won the Six Nations Tournament since 2018 and remain on three consecutive second places.
