In North Rhine-Westphalia, several adults apparently beat up a young person after a soccer game. A video on the Internet shows three men beating the 14-year-old player. “It’s not a question of cultures, perhaps of milieus,” says Gerd Thomas, board member of FC Internationale Berlin.
